Stephanie: What if Nashville were to outlaw short-term rentals? What is that pivot? I know you guys already have, I think some licensing. So can you share with us your thoughts on that? And what the market is in Nashville right now? Steph: For me, it's like, I'm gonna ride the wave while I can. But the thing is, it's, we don't know. We don't know what the future holds, right? The state has a grandfather clause where if you've been issued a permit, as long as you're not gonna screw up and, you know, get in red flags, so get your permit taken away.
