Project Management - The Last Mile

In some cases the last mile is like, ok, here's my list of like, ten more things to do, and then i'm done. And in some cases, the last smile is like, my goodness. We have been working on this project for the last six months. The delivery date is like three weeks away. We are not done. Ne a, how are we going to spend our time between now and three weeks from now to call it done? There is this magical moment in every project where remember that getting it done is more important than getting it wonderful or even perfect.
