Coaching - Is Your Mom a Teacher?
I consider myself a teacher first and a coach second. There is a difference between teaching and coaching. I have no idea when that kid steps out of the car to come to practice. So I want to try to be as positive and encouraging in these people's lives as possible. And just that one-on-one relationship that you can work on from me to a player makes it great.
