Rice cake is puffed rice that's glued together with Elmer's. Pesto, don't eat the rice cake. The dog's eat rice cake. I've never heard that dogs would explode from rice. What if you made a rice cake out of popcorn kernels and then baked it and then you have popcorn cake? Is that the same thing? That's fun. Does that have they make rice cakes? Oh, yeah.
