I said, you have to be able to communicate and more importantly, persuade. You have to inspire other people. He can develop those skills through like Reddit or whatever,. Like where they have communities around that people are obsessed with that game. And he can say, I'm developing this software, come and check it out and then bring them into his discord and then keep talking to them. It's not just about being technically skilled. That's a necessary, but not sufficient condition.
