Is Refactoring Scary?
For product people and I'm talking about like product managers, but also like designers, they just want to ship new things most of the time. They find refactoring scary. And we have made some ways to ease that for them. Like every week, do very low hanging fruits, visual changes that it feels for the end user that there is still stuff changing. It's a very little effort to get those things rolled out.
