The TSA Adjusted Confidence Interval of Serious Adverse Effects

The relative risk in trials with low risk of bias of serious adverse effects in patients treated with Gabapentin versus placebo was 1.61%. By 24 hours, however, pain at rest and during mobilization were not significantly different in the Gabapentin group. Reductions in pain were only seen at 6 hours with mobilization and that was a decrease of about 10 millimeters on a 100 millimeter scale.
