Neolithic Tools - What Are They?
Neolithic people would have needed cutting tools, particularly to cut up all those animals and what have you. axes are associated with neolitic people, particularly polished axes. And we're fairly sure that those jadite axes, which are really beautiful objects, would have been traded and used and prized as evidence. So i think the axe is very important, but they used it in a symbolic way as well.
