There's not really any like Goldilocks community tool. You need to be able to determine the why of the community and what core behaviors you want them to do. A lot of community managers will create a Slack channel because if it's ease of use, there's a low learning curve. But it really depends. I do like Circle, Melanie. It feels like Slack but then you're able to do like event webinars and stuff inside of it which is fantastic.
