Alternative Investing - I'm One for One?

I think what's really interesting, we talk about this diversification of your portfolio when it just purely comes to stocks. But now we're talking and going outside of stocks and private investments. So we knew that alternative investing would be big. We picked a market that is very familiar to everyone. At any given time, 62, 64% of Americans are they own a house. And if you don't own a house, the reality is you probably watch a house flipping show where you're thinking about buying a house or you used to buy a house.
