James Helgen was diagnosed with ADHD at the age of 18. He only started thinking about what it was a year ago. Now 35, he's burnt out at working at home and has been listening to your podcast while working for the last few weeks. You've taught me so much more than I've ever managed to figure out on my own after being diagnosed one way or another for 30 fucking years. We have had abuse from people saying you bully that poor Alex. It's literally the opposite. And I know it is. So I won't sorry.
