Are You Trying to Be the Chief Everything Officer?
As a father, you have to be your own boss. How has that impact in your mind set as an entrepreneur? I don't want my daughter growing up seeing me not being happy and choosing one that doesn't make me happy. Once i started hiring people, um, that's when my life got better cause i was buying back my time. At that point it became about happiness and time, not money. You can't be the chief everything officer. It's not sustainable.
