maintenance technicians had replaced the tie rod assemblies connecting the numbers two, three and four right aft cargo ramp locks. The technical order governing the replacement of tyrod assemblies included no specific rigging, adjusting or operational checking instructions following the installation. It was concluded that some of the right side locks were not carrying their share of the load. And these, these tyrod assemblies, they are like the parts that push the lock into a locking position.
