When Should We Give I v I G?

When should we actually pull this trigger? Like, do i have the cultures back? Is it day one that i'm going to start this? And the two and three, when cultures come back, i might stop it? How do you actually practically roll this out? That's a great question. I think comes back to the diagnosis as kind of merger of like clinical suspicion and focal signs and iffus signs. So someone just has the features of toxic shock in germ, i think giving them i v i g would make a lot of sense. It can be hard to know exactly where to draw the line. But nobody knows the answers to these questions.
