Scarpa's Story

Scarpa needed a blood transfusion and fast, but it was the early years of the AIDS epidemic. The hospital failed to screen for it, so the weight lifter's blood was pumped directly into the grim reaper's veins. Scarpa kept getting infection after infection, and he had to get his stomach removed. After more than 30 years of violence, maybe he was ready for peace.
