The Importance of Intentionality in Training

The greatest advantage that i have over everyone else in training is the depth of intentionality that i can with me into the gem. And not just how hard i can push myself, but how much tension i can intentionally generate within a muscle. Most people go in the gim and they do the least possible work they can - which is why they get the least imaginable results. When you simply seek to challenge at every inch of every rip, the results are all objective.
