The Importance of Understanding Client Needs
I was speaking to a couple of clients in the last couple of days and they said, listen, what we really would like to do is sit down with you. We are much more about understanding client needs. And remember, as you know, vast portfolios, trillions of dollars that they're putting to work. The point is, it's not just about delivering a fund. It's about delivering all of the firm, not just part of the firm. That is important to us because I think we do a better job.
