Cannottel: I think you two are very vulnerable about tough stuff you've gone through. It sometimes can feel like dangerous or scary to put them out there, especially to put them publicly. But i think whn i was going through that period of time, the things that were most helpful to me were hearing that other people had been through despair, had had suicidal thoughts, and were ok, that they had made it through. Mo te glan cont but yetit was a wild, wild ride. Lots of feelings.
