A man in Ohio posted a parody of the Parma Police Department on Facebook. He was arrested and charged with using his computer to disrupt or impair police functions. A judge granted him bail, but he sued because it violated his constitutional rights. The case is now before the U.S. Supreme Court for review after an appeals court ruled that officers were immune from liability.
