Are You More Likely to Give Someone Rest and Keep Their Technique the Same?

I don't want an injury to slow somebody down from working on ther overall fitness. I'm significantly more likely to adjust somebody's technique with e variation of what they're doing to keep them exercising. We need to get away from telling people to take rest from exercise, because the people that are dying right now from covin people that aren't exercising enough. And i believe that fitness and health are the exact sane thing. Fitter human beings ten to be healthier human beings.
