How to Stop Drinking Alcohol

A, if you're actually addicted to alcohol, that's one of the worst dras to give up. I just went from not drinking for a year to drinking two days in a row. And i don't let it ever get like a black out. A, and it's very difficult, very difficult to combat it. It's something that i have to always pay attention to for the rest of my life. Thankfully still every now and then i like one drink.
