No human comes to a teacher unless they have already had their share of suffering. And that's why you're here. If you hadn't had your share of suffering, you wouldn't be ready yet. Anybody who has up to now has lived through what I just described is not going to be here. So as you come here, that conditioned mind-made entity, the self, that conditioned self, probably haven't left it behind at home,. It's hard to leave it, but it always tends to come with you wherever you go and where you find yourself.
