Is Red Bull Overspent on the Cost Cap?
Red Bull have been accused of overspending by Formula One's governing body the FIA. F1 chief executive Bernie Ecclestone says Red Bull are habitual line-steppers and that a reduction in cost caps would harm them. The three highest paid staff members also don't count under the cap, according to FIA rules.
