Are We Hiring You Because of Age?
Larry hughes: Career growth is not a ladder. It is rather a pyramid that you have to climb. And there are no rantees that past results and achievements automatically get you equivalent pay or an equivalent point in that pyramid. Weno hay: I don't think everybody understands what's going on here. i'd like to see organizations being more transparent around the pay scales that they're offering, so that then employees or candidates who are interested in a roll can themselves select,. rather than being left in the dark about wasi excluded.
