You are not solid.

I know you feel solid. You look in the mirror and see a physical body. You touch your arm and feel flesh. Everything about your sensory experience tells you that you're made of matter—dense, heavy, fixed in space.

But physics tells a different story.

At the atomic level, your body is 99.9999% empty space. The atoms that make you up are almost entirely nothing—vast distances between tiny points of energy. If you removed all the empty space from every human on Earth, the remaining matter would fit inside a sugar cube.

And those tiny points of energy that make up the remaining fraction? They're not really solid either. At the quantum level, they exist as probability waves. Vibrations. Frequencies. Light.

You are made of light pretending to be matter.

This isn't metaphor. This isn't spiritual poetry. This is physics. You are, quite literally, a being of light that has condensed itself into the appearance of physical form.

And here's what's interesting: you can become aware of yourself as light. You can activate the light body that exists beneath and beyond your physical form. You can shift your identification from the dense to the luminous, from matter to energy, from the physical to the infinite.
