There's no escaping from that internal dialogue with the ideal. Every goal you have is a reflection of that ideal. And when we lose christianity, let's say, we lose thousands of years of the attempt to make that implicit reality explicit. That's a catastrophe. Now, we replace it quite quickly. We replace it with the avengers universe.
