The network state is premised on 100% democracy as opposed to the current system, which is what I call 51% democracy. It's just a very, very, very bearish thing you could have to be called a quote democracy. And it is the consent of the governed that underpins any theory of legitimacy. Transficient consent, you can do things just like at the individual level, you can extend that to the community level. A government that will guard civil liberties? What else is going to guard human rights from all guns and something that has self-regulate law?
