The biggest one is the prospects. A lot of people don't really take time to figure out what is the difference between someone who walks in the door and someone who buys from us. The other one, ironically, is actually figuring out what my average, what an item is. And really, you have some time, there's no right or wrong answer here. This is the big thing. It's just as long as you define it and you're confident in your definition, then, and you make it consistent when you're comparing one period versus the other.
