This one feels like they've declawed the original and then not put in enough jokes to make up for that. I was actually quite furious as i was watching ther cause i just think, as much as some people don't like the other films, i think there's a lot of potential here. Rob delaney and elli kemper are so watchable. There's just the cor beats of the homelon story that they're missing that get you mortally invested. The film kind of reins back in the kind of anarchic violence of the first one, which i agree with you disapproving of. But at least that you know it has a point, it has a tone
