I Think It's Interesting to See How the Kenyan Government Is Coping With a Growing Debt Crisis
Kenya entered this 38-month long IMF process kind of a stabilization process earlier this year so it's going to be very interesting to see how that then plays into all of these commitments to to repaying the Chinese and and all of the other creditors involved in Kenya. I thought it was interesting in the transport minister's parliamentary confirmation hearings that he threw some shade on the Nairobi Expressway because this is not what we've heard from the Kenyan government up until now. It just feels like oh my god here we go again that that that things just don't seem to be improving in Kenya when it comes to these procurement issues.
