i became one of those people that nik picked a meno translations. But ireally kind ofmoody when i got to a level of of fluency, an cren where i might now i don't need to read translation. I can just read the original work. That really changed when i read deborah smith's essay,. around the time the vegetarian and won the booker prize yes and ya. And she wrote about how translation is recognizing a, we know, not just words, and it's not just transference, but it's kind of translating from one literary convention to another.
