Industrial Sub Leases Are Up a Hundred and Thirty Percent

The hotel industry in 23 is projected to surpass pre pandemic levels of demand, room revenue and state and local tax revenue. The Wall Street Journal reports that a diplomat beach resort hotel in Hollywood, Florida sold for 835 million. A Hilton has acquired the newly opened 48th street hotel at 12 East Avenue on New York's East Side. And one piece of commercial real estate news comes from Rebecca Remba who says she thinks this was maybe a turning pointThis week for the hotel market. We're starting to see some really nice green shoots and we'll start to get into some of those.
