How Do You Attack Different Coverage?
How do you find the balance and practice to learn how to attack these coverages when your team doesn't necessarily always play these coverages? That's something that every coach struggles with because once you put your own guys to do the opponent coverage it can seem like they forget everything. So we'll do those a lot of times like let's say two on zero, like the covers decisions but they have seen it on the video. So they have a mental image of what it is, or we will walk it through five against five. Then we might use coaches as guided defenders,. depending obviously on the resources like how many coaches you have right there.
