Trump Tax Reform

Sean Spicer was flying back on an airplane yes and was asked about how from Philadelphia so it was very short flight. He said well there are a lot of ways to make Mexico pay for the wall and then he said some complicated things that initially got reported as we could stop a 20% import tax on imports from Mexico. Then as the full remarks came out it appeared that what Spicer was floating as part of maybe a broader tax reform was something called a border adjustable tax which is more specifically a destination based cash flow tax.
