I'm not immediately opposed to it. I would just say that's the kind of proposal we could do an analysis of. We could, you know, fit a model that had the parameters of the data to that sort of a policy and try to figure out whether that was on that a good idea or not. But it's more far afield from our initial discussion here at least, which is this larger system by which slightly the world is getting more productive.
