Alpha Male vs Beta Male - Is That Really a Dude?

The idea that you're either in charge and on top or not is like, that just doesn't code to reality at all. The manosphere writers get so upset about this because their entire identity is predicated on dominating or mastering other people. These are dudes who don't even use their own names for their writing. I think it's fantastic that most controlled martial arts are amazing but no one can do Jiu Jitsu without violence. At no point does anyone have the right to say what a good jiu-jitsu fighter should look like.
