Using a 30, 90 Approach to Asking for Feedback

When at 90 % done, unless things have gone critically wrong, we 're not looking to change the structure of what we put together. This is a great strategy to use when you are working with other people or have a manager because it helps keep everyone on the same page. If you're waiting for feedback until you're at a hundred % done, then you're always going to be disappointed with whatever the feedback is. In your head, it was already supposed to be at a hundred%. And any feedback is going to indicate that you still have to do more. Well, unless you did it perfectly right? Remember, good is the enemy of great, but t is theenemy of everything
