In a Democracy, It Has No Place
When the militancy sarted, this militant star doing bank robberies or attackse police responded and the more brutal the police got from the state. They started creating interrogation cenbls into which these anxos were hauled up, they were tortured and forced to confess. Whatever you can argue about the goodness or badness of water boading and torture, but i think in a democracy it has no place. So cashmere captures the decay that i am talking about in the heart of indian democracy,. And there thousands of fods are being pumped into that state every year in the name of security. Nothing seems to be working. It again, looks to me thate it will burst
