Children of H1B Visa Holders Are Ineligible to Get a Green Card

Yishani Dhatagupta says the children of H1B visa holders risk what is called aging out which basically means they're too old to remain linked to their parents visas and then need to get their own visas. The US government has promised to act to help those on H1B visas and laid off but both Nihamaj and Anishani D hatagupta aren't very hopeful.
