For Shina it seems that he's actually splitting these three apart and saying like right now look at the body nowLook at the willing now Look at the feeling whereas Go Jeff would be saying just try to be try self-remember which is where you basically well remember yourself so you're conscious of what you're doing while you're doing it. Steiner on the other hand has 6 000 volumes and seems to want to give his students the most minute detail of absolutely everything ever.
