How to Judge Whether You're Tired or Not?
The most important thing that you need to learn as an athlete is how to judge whether you're tired or not. But the only way you can get that is with your a bi y sort of clet. I like to keep a training log. You put your notes in there, rate that scalea. If you rate this this detest, the stair test, scale a through f and you work out, rate the workout quality,. Pretty soon you're going to see a very strong correlation between those two. And in my experience, it is 100 % accurate.
