The Problem With the Use of Consultancies

We need people in public service who believe in the virtues and value of public service. We shouldn't just be looking for people who are coming for better pay if we decide to change the pay structure. And I hope that leadership takes it seriously in the next cycle of leadership change at the federal level to look at this.
