Don't sell a service business in the middle of a global pandemic. 12 months was just such a long time, i was so kind of emotionally divorced from the business that i was having a really hard time actually giving it what nated. The thinking there was that a 12 months is probably long enough that we both have a reasonable chance to kind of make a good go of this. And then the averages will work out over that 12 month period and well, well, end up with a fair kind of price at the end of it.
