Do You Have Documentation That Makes It Easier?
I've tried being super like documenting everything. Sometimes that backfires on me because sometimes the people you hire will follow that to a T, but they won't think for themselves at any point. So I try to get the person I delegate to to create their own documentation for them. And just put this in whatever format works for you and that's part of their job. But yeah, I'm not overly processed with it at this point.
