The Effects of Jet Lag on Sleep

When I cross multiple time zones, it can take me a full week to stop spending all night awake and all day asleep. Our circadian timing internally is at odds with the external environment. In the case of jet lag, if you are doing one trip, it tends to be short term, but it isn't good for us. And then there's another factor that can increase our risk of developing cancer that we've not even touched on.
