How Much Do Americans Value Black People?

The main thing that i look at when i look at this particular text is, how much do americans value black people? Do they value them their contributions, cultly, otherwise ar the kind of stuff, enough to hold on to them? Or do they value resources more? Because these space traders, they come and they are interested in giving us all this stuff to fix the planet, and they have to turn in the black people. And so what many students ind to their chagrin, is that perhaps America doesn't value black people very much at all.
