The Importance of Salim Radi'Allah Hout Al-a-Ran

Salim radi'Allah Hout al-A-Ran was the son of Muhla Abbuhur-Difa. He participated in every battle with the Prophet Salaam, Al-A- Rans and other companions. His courage is noted for his refusal to flee from the battlefield at Ayyamamah. Zayd ibn Haritha did not take memorization of the Quran as just something to be done in some sort of a conference or hall.
