What Is the Creation Story in the Bible?

When i was a christian in it, i would console myself that the creation story in the bible was less barbaric than, say, the creation stories of, like, the norse peoples or either the babylonians wereaxicly ere ya. A to me, tha, i think i'd rather be norse, honestly, aland let's believe this is just like ener's corpse that i'm riding on by accident. Oops, feels a little less targeted at me personally. Whose vault is this? I don't even know where to start with that ship.
