There's two wrong extremes when it comes to management. There is the command sort of dictatorial, militaristic style management and leadership through intimidation methods that were really big in the 80s especially. But there's another extreme that we can go to and that is the person who refuses to use what was given to them in good faith. A lot more people are advocating for things like servant leadership and authenticity and humility and vulnerability. Those are the words that you're going to see if you could take the internet of management and make a word cloud out of it.
