The Importance of Roll Ups
I made the mistake of in the information's briefing column predicting a bunch of M and A maybe a month or so ago. And it was like no freaking way. Like, there is just you can't get these deals financed. I think we're going to see a lot of attempted like roll ups of similar companies that kind of like art strong enough to themselves be an acquisition target or an IPO candidate.
